Blemi AI Privacy Policy

Blemi AI is a photo-editing app made by NSKDev. We built it so your photos stay yours.

Your photos

When you choose a photo, Blemi AI edits it on your phone. Your photos are never uploaded to us or anyone else, and we never see them. The app saves an edited photo to your photo library only when you tap the download button.

Information we collect

Blemi AI has no accounts, no sign-up, no advertising and no tracking. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use any data to track you across other apps or websites.

Subscriptions

Blemi AI Pro is bought through Apple's In-App Purchase. Apple handles all payments; we never see your name, Apple ID, card or billing details. To check whether your subscription is active and to let you restore it, the app uses RevenueCat, a subscription service. RevenueCat receives a random, anonymous app user ID and Apple's purchase records (which product, purchase and renewal dates, country/price). This is used only to unlock Pro in the app. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone's Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.

Free fixes and sharing

The app counts your free fixes and how many times you've shared the app link. This count is stored only on your phone (in the iOS Keychain). When you share the link, you choose who to send it to in the iOS share sheet; we never see your contacts or messages.

Internet use

The first time you open the app, it downloads the face-finding files it needs from public content servers (jsDelivr, unpkg and Google). Those requests contain no photos and no personal information. Like any web request, those servers may see your device's IP address.

Permissions

Blemi AI asks for photo library access so you can choose a photo to edit and save the result. You can change this at any time in your phone's Settings.

Children

Blemi AI is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Blemi AI is for photo editing only. It does not diagnose, treat or give advice about any skin condition.
