How do I fix a photo?

Tap the glowing heart, pick a photo with a face, then tap the heart again. Use the slider to choose how strong the fix is, hold the photo to see the original, and tap download to save it.

It says "no face found"

Use a photo where your face is clear and not too small. The first time you open the app it needs internet once to download the face finder.

How do I get more free fixes?

Your first fix is free. After that you can subscribe to Blemi AI Pro, or share the app link with 5 friends to get 5 more free fixes (once per person).

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings on your iPhone › tap your name › Subscriptions › Blemi AI Pro › Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews. If you're on the 3-day free trial, cancel before it ends and you won't be charged.

I paid but Pro isn't unlocked

Open the paywall and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy.

Refunds

Payments are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Are my photos uploaded?

No. All editing happens on your phone. See our privacy policy.
